Weekly Reflection | March 8th - March 15th

I thought I would try something a little different with this weekly reflection and ditched the photo-grid. I much prefer looking at large photos and thought you would, too.

Best moment this week; making pierogis with Spencer! We were watching how-to Youtube food videos and stumbled upon a great pierogi tutorial, which inspired us to "google" a recipe for them. We set time aside after I got out of work one night to put them together. When I got home Spencer had already made and chilled the filling and dough so really we just had to stuff and cook them. But it was really nice to spend time together in a different way.

Current weather; chilly, but getting warmer! It snowed only two days ago, and currently it is 55F out! And, it's supposed to snow soon again. This weather is so sporadic!

Favorite meal; pierogis!

Overall mood; zombie. Do you ever have that feeling where you're not thinking, but just programmed to keep doing the same things over and over and over and.......

Most used beauty product; nail clippers, which is not quite a beauty "product" but it's related, right?

Goals completed; I am getting better at following up on my to-do lists and have even been able to schedule in time to do my eyebrows. Go get 'em, girl.

New goals to be set; eating better. I have eaten quite poorly over the last week, and it's really getting to me. I would also like to set a "CLEAN YOUR ROOM" goal. Oh. My. It's bad....

In the news; a Malaysian Air plane went missing. It has been one week and still no one knows what happened to the flight. It's really so sad and I've been eagerly waiting for the news to broadcast that they've found the plane and everyone is safe. Unfortunately, I don't think that's going to happen. Saying loads of prayers for the families of the passengers.

Miss anything?; FREEDOM. hah. But really, the freedom to do what I'd like between the hours of 9am and 5pm. I need a break!

Looking forward to; Holland, still! And the end of tax season!

Much Love,
-Stephanie Eva
